Who We Are
CliffHangerReptile.com was founded in 1993 as Big Apple Herpetological in New York City, when Jurassic Park was a summer blockbuster and everyone was buying reptiles as pets. We fell in love with these amazing creatures. It was hard to find quality supplies and expert advice on how to care for our beloved reptiles.
After extensive research on reptile care, we learnt how to care for our pets. We decided to share our herpetological knowledge.
Today, CliffHangerReptile.com is one of the largest US online reptile and feeder retailers. We serve museums, zoos, and schools nationwide. We strive to provide innovative and superior animals to animal lovers.
